What payment methods do we accept?
PayPal and Debit/Credit Card. You do not need a PayPal account. Just enter your credit card details through the PayPal system.
Cost of shipping?
We offer FREE standard postage Australia-wide for orders $50+. We post with Australia Post. If you would like us to Express Post your order select this at the checkout, this is an extra charge.
Can I track my order?
Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number from Australia post. Please email info@glassonthegrass if you have further questions regarding your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we designed Glass on the Grass for outdoor lovers worldwide! The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. As you know, technology is excellent, but it’s not infallible. If there’s an error in calculating your shipping costs, we’ll contact you before processing your order to discuss options.
Who pays for Duties and other delivery fees for orders outside Australia?
When purchasing from Glass on the Grass outside of Australia, your order may be subject to your country’s import duties, taxes and/or customs fees (summarised as Duties).
If you have shopped online before then, you are probably already familiar with this process, as it is standard across online retailers. However, we do not control the Duties payable, so we request you take care in knowing the cost of these Duties before purchasing our product.
So you will be responsible for paying these Duties either at the point of delivery or after delivery. Your local customs office will be the best source of information to help you understand the payments and process. Glass on the Grass will not be able to advise you whether Duties will apply to your order or the amount for paying Duties.
How soon will my order arrive?
Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We generally ship within 2 days of your purchase then; it depends on where you are located and how long it will take to arrive. If you need it urgently, Express Post is an option.
