HOW TO PUT YOUR COASTER ON

  1. Find the logo, place your thumb on it, put two fingers under the prongs and lift gently to create space.
  2. With your other hand, slide an empty wine glass under the prongs until the stem hits the U shape.
  3. Ensure your glass is sitting flat on all four surfaces.
  4. Put your glass down, pour and drink!
  5. When you’re finished, slide it off, give it a rinse, and it’s ready for your next glass on wine.

HOW THEY WORK

They increase the surface area of the base of your glass, reducing the centre of gravity, making your glass more stable. Contrary to what you may think that are not heavy and do not weight your glass down, so you can leave them on your glass to drink. They are effective on most reality flat uneven or rough surfaces – such as grass, sand, pavers, BBQ tables.

If you’re looking to use them on a glass table or a flat smooth surface, we recommend purchasing our Glass on the Boat coasters as these have an added non-slip silicone underside that will grip to smooth surfaces.

WILL THEY FIT ANY WINE GLASS?

We designed Glass on the Grass™ to be flexible enough to fit most standard steamed wine glasses, little picnic glasses and wine tasting glasses.  They are not as effective on extra tall glasses or glasses with extra thick stems. More information about this can be found here

ETHICALLY MADE IN AUSTRALIA

DO WE USE RECYCLED MATERIAL?

Made from BPA free, food-grade K-Resin, which is 100% recyclable. Designed for ongoing use with our current production using approximately 30 – 35% recycled material. In many cases, using a coaster also reduces the need for plastic glassware by turning your indoor wine glass into an outdoor wine glass.

GLASS ON THE GRASS or GLASS ON THE BOAT?

What’s the difference?

Both coasters are identical except Glass in the Boat has a non-slip silicone underside ring added to each coaster, so it grips to smooth surfaces. Importantly it is not suction to you can easily pick your glass up without force. This can be taken on and off the coaster.

If you’re planning to use your coasters on a glass table or take them on your boat Glass on the Boat coasters is best. If you’re more likely to use your coasters for picnics or around, the BBQ, then Glass on the Grass sets are ideal.
